A decision in principle at the point of offer.

On HomeBid the buyer's financing position is captured and evidenced before the seller accepts. Your decision in principle is part of what makes a bid credible, and the digital twin carries it, with the buyer's verified identity, funds and source of wealth, to everyone who needs it next.

Now

Your decision in principle is evidence

Buyers upload the decision in principle you issue; it moves their lender position from declared to evidenced in the score, and the seller can see it. The buyer's identity, bank-sourced balances and source of wealth are already verified when they come to you, which shortens your own file.

On acceptance

The twin reaches you

With the buyer's consent, the package carries the property, the agreed terms and the verified financial position to the lender and the conveyancers, so the application, the valuation instruction and the legal work start from the same record.

Next

The referral rail, when counsel says so

A lender and broker referral rail is built into the platform and switched off. It goes live only after FCA perimeter advice on whether the activity needs authorisation, an exemption or an appointed-representative arrangement. We would rather say so than switch it on early.

HomeBid does not give mortgage advice, arrange credit or handle funds. It records and shares evidence with the buyer's consent.

One record of the deal,
shared with everyone in it

When a seller accepts a verified buyer on HomeBid, the platform generates a digital twin of the transaction: the property, the parties, the verified identity and the evidence behind it, the financing position, the professionals appointed, and the acceptance record. It is built to the Property Data Trust Framework, an open standard, and delivered to the people who need it within 48 hours.

What it holds

The whole transaction, once

Plot or property and sales terms; buyer and seller; identity results aligned with HMLR Practice Guide 81; source of funds and source of wealth evidence; screening results with the daily refresh history; the buyer's solicitor and lender position; the acceptance record with timestamps.

Who receives it

Everyone with a job to do

Both conveyancers on acceptance. The agent that marketed the property. The surveyor and the lender or broker when they are instructed. A settlement rail if one is used. Each party gets the slice it needs, in JSON its systems can load and a PDF it can read.

What it is not

Anyone's due diligence

The twin accelerates the work of every professional in the chain; it does not replace it. Conveyancers re-verify under their own rules, lenders underwrite, surveyors inspect. HomeBid never represents otherwise.

Every actor, from the first day

HomeBid launches with housebuilders because that is where the volume is. The platform is built for every party to a residential transaction, and the twin records each of them.
